Returns Policy

It is our goal to ensure that you, our customer, are completely satisfied with the purchase of any product.

We endeavour to respond to all emails within 1 business day or sooner, after receiving your inquiry.

If for whatever reason you are not happy with the product you have received we will gladly refund your items subject to our Returns Policy which is detailed below.

Goods must be in ‘as new’ condition. We reserve the right to not accept returns if we deem an item to be used; for instance, if a cartridge / pigment bottle / needle seal or box is open / broken. The item must be in the original box with all relevant leaflets and brochures present.

We advise that when returning items to us; a recorded delivery service is used, as we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit to us.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Items must be returned within 10 days of your purchase to qualify for a refund.

  1. Please email sales@bellanique.co.za to request a refund.
  2. Send or Deliver your returned item to:
    7 Tambotie Street,
    Wilro Park.
    Roodepoort.
    Gauteng.
    (Returns are accepted from Tuesday – Friday)
  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.Only once we have received the returned item and confirmed that the item has not been used or altered in any way will a refund be processed.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used, opened or altered in any way will not be accepted for refund.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund except where there is a manufacturer’s defect. We also do not refund the original courier / shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: we do not exchange items. We will refund your returned item in full and you are advised to simply place a new order for the item you need. This is due to our order stock and returns being processed at two separate locations; as well as differences in value between returns and new items can be complicated.
