Shipping Policy

We send out orders the same day (for next week-day delivery) for all orders received before 1.30pm; Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1.30pm will be sent the following day. Orders will be sent via a courier company contracted to us.

Shoppers can also select the “Local Pick Up” option should they wish to collect the items personally from our collection point based in Wilro Park, Roodepoort, Johannesburg. Shoppers will be notified via email when their orders are ready for collection.

Orders placed on a Friday before 1.30pm will be delivered the following Monday – otherwise they will be sent on Monday with delivery on Tuesday. While we aim to have orders delivered the next day, we cannot be held accountable for delayed deliveries.

There is no delivery on Public Holidays. Orders placed on a public holiday will only be processed on the 1st working day thereafter with delivery expected the day after (excluding Saturday and Sunday)

Order Tracking

If a tracking Number / Code is provided by the courier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.

Courier / Shipping Rates

The basic rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on a flat rate of R129.50 for all items in your basket provided the total weight of your items does not exceed 2 kg’s and is within South African borders.

Over and above 2 kg’s additional courier fees will be charged ( SEE TABLE OF FEES BELOW). Our shopping cart is designed to automatically calculate the total weight of your items and assign the appropriate courier fees based on the table below.

On the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, you will have a chance to not place your order if you so decide.

No Deliveries Outside South African Borders

 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
